This Business Skills Program is designed to provide young and marginalized women with the knowledge, skills and support necessary to become successful entrepreneurs and make informed financial decisions. Long-Term Impact Their aim is to encourage young women to build micro enterprises, make informed financial decisions, systematically plan their investments, create realistic budgets and ensure a secure future for their families. Greetings to you from Eldoret, KENYA I am the founder of Youth Horizons, a Kenyan nonprofit, non-partisan youth led community enhancement organization formed for promoting among others charitable and educational purposes. Youth Horizons targets young people, through empowering them with skills in building self esteem, technology, business, life skills, and communication and also imparts knowledge on climate change, leadership and gender issues so the youths can take on leadership roles in their communities. We are a member of the Girls Not Brides network (see certificate), whom together, we have developed a strategy of bringing girls together and empower them psychologically, mentally, socially and economically, under our program called Girls Mentorship Programme.
